The Kitchen Manager and Team

Through eDinette, the team of chefs, assistants, waiters and even the main anchors of the restaurant attains a hassle-free working environment. eDinette facilitates the easy-flow of work of the kitchen team as it gives timely notification and confirmation of customer’s orders. Along with this, the kitchen managers are allowed access to the application for tracking the stock statistics and the daily consumption reports. Using eDinette, the kitchen team can understand what exactly the customer wants, customize the food as per the customer’s requirement, view the orders in their language of preference and the customers in turn can keep track of their order status as per the five order statuses: Open, Processing, Delivered, Billing and Closed.
